Performance Opportunities
The TRIP Dance Company loves to perform and is always looking for more opportunities to do this. If you know of a company or event that is ooking for performers, please contact Helena Sullivan. We are especially interested in paid performance opportunities with the funds being applied to overall dance expenses for the group, but will consider unpaid performances, as well.
TRIP DANCE COMPANY
TRIP Dance Company, now in its 24th year, is a competitive dance troupe founded by Helena Sullivan, Artistic Director and Owner of Stowe Dance Academy. It began in 2000 with 6 teenagers and has expanded in 2023 to include 30 + dancers ages 7-18. TRIP offers young dancers the opportunity to master technique and performance skills in the areas of Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, Modern, Tap, and Hip-Hop. TRIP dancers take classes with nationally recognized teachers at regional conventions, compete as a team at New England dance competitions, and perform at community events and fundraisers.
TRIP, originally named by young company dancers at its inception, stands for Technique, Rehearse, Implement and Perform.
