Her work as a commissioned guest artist, teacher, collaborator and consultant insures her position as an authority on the cutting edge of dance and education. She founded her own dance company, Synthesis Dance Project. On faculty at Broadway Dance Center and Manhattan Movement and Arts Center, Tracie Stanfield has served as guest teacher for numerous dance organizations, companies and academies. DEREK MITCHELL Derek Mitchell currently teaches Street Jazz and Contemporary Lyrical Jazz in NYC at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway and Crunch Fitness. As a choreographer for the NY Knicks City Dancers 2009/2010 he is also creator/director/choreographer for various Off-Broadway dance shows. As a dance master teacher all over the world, he has also taught at national conventions including The Pulse, Dance Olympus and Dance Masters of America. In 2008 Derek released his first Street Jazz instructional DVD and was Dance Teacher’s Instructional Teacher of the Month.
